Not just because they taste so damn good, not just because New Zealand’s pristine waters have the freshest and best seafood in the world, but because they form a part of the fabric of our life.
Our fondest memories were always wrapped in yesterday’s news. Friday night’s was family Fish’n’Chips, as was after weekend sport or on the way home from skiing. They were there as we cheered on the All Blacks or warmed ourselves up after a deep dive, cold days fishing or hot day at the beach.
When a young Kiwi came to live in Bangkok in the early 90’s, there was one thing this vibrant and bustling city could never offer him, his favourite taste of home. With a mind full of memories, he and a team of passionate Kiwis decided it was time for the world to discover more.
Snapper New Zealand is not just a place to eat; it is a glimpse of a nation’s obsession. It is homemade Fish’n’Chips the way we like them in New Zealand as well as a whole range of yummy seafood and meat dishes using organic, chemical free, halal and free range ingredients with beautiful New Zealand wines to wash it all down.
